Wiktor Dyndo (born 1983) investigates issues of multiculturalism in its critical points. The main themes of his paintings oscillate around international terrorism, religious conflicts and media manipulation. What is special in Dyndo’s approach is the fact that he talks political issues using a highly sophisticated form, which helps him avoid taking sides and save the distance to the subject.
Dyndo is a graduate of the Painting Faculty at the Fine Arts Academy in Warsaw as well as a finalist of both the “Bielska Jesień” Painting Biennial and the 1st edition of Siemens Art Award. He was on a scholarship in Cairo, at Helwan University’s Painting Faculty. His career consists of a great number of exhibitions worldwide. His works are part of private collections in Poland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, France, Iran, Egypt and the United States.
